Rick Reinsch
Rick Reinsch was born and raised on a rented farm near Strang, Nebraska. Following graduation from Bruning High School he worked as a set up mechanic at Green Country in Geneva, Nebraska (a John Deere Dealership). He then chose to further his education at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. While in college he continued to work the first two summers at Green Country. In the summer between his junior and senior year he worked as a summer intern for Ag Technologies in Hastings, Nebraska. In 1985 he earned his B.S. Degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in Agronomy (Crop Production Option). He then worked as a general laborer for Carpenter Construction (a house framing crew) in Lincoln, Nebraska for a short time. In 1986 he began work as a field Agronomist/Independent Crop Consultant for Central States Agronomics Inc. While working, he also attended The University of Nebraska – Kearney where in 1991 he was able to earn a Masters in Business Administration. In 1994 he left the employment of Central States Agronomics, Inc. and began Field Goal Agronomics, Inc.
Rick is presently the Owner/Operator of Field Goal Agronomics, Inc. in which he serves as the President and is an active Field Agronomist/Independent Crop Consultant for the company. He is a member of The Nebraska Independent Crop Consultant Association and the National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants. He is a past member of the Nebraska Registry of Certified Crop Consultants and is a Certified Crop Advisor.
Rick is married to Michelle who is a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Steve Bush at Kearney Dental Clinic. Rick and Michelle have a son Mannie, who is a student at the University of Nebraska – Kearney. Rick and Michelle reside at a small farm near Kearney, Nebraska.
Derek Schroeder
Derek Schroeder was raised in Kearney, Nebraska. He graduated from Kearney Catholic High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He is furthering his agronomic background at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Throughout high school and his first three years of college, he worked on a farm south of town. Derek joined Field Goal as an intern in the summer of 2011 and started full time in May of 2012. Derek is a member of the Nebraska Independent Crop Consultant Association.
